🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At Ravix Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.


📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

✅ The item is unused and unworn
✅ It is in its original packaging with all tags
✅ You have the original receipt/order number


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale / Discounted Items

  • Custom or engraved watches

  • Used or damaged products due to mishandling

  • Watches with broken seals, straps, or scratched surfaces


🔄 Exchange Policy

We accept size or model exchanges within 7 days, provided the item is in original condition.
If the new item is of a different price, you’ll either pay the difference or receive a refund (if lower).


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or exchange, unless the product is defective.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process once the return is received and approved.


🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

📸 Take clear photos of the product and packaging
📧 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ravixstore1@gmail.com
We’ll assess and replace or refund as per our warranty policy.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Send the product back safely and share the tracking ID.
