🔄 Exchange Policy
We accept size or model exchanges within 7 days, provided the item is in original condition.
If the new item is of a different price, you’ll either pay the difference or receive a refund (if lower).
💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit or exchange, unless the product is defective.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process once the return is received and approved.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
📸 Take clear photos of the product and packaging
📧 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ravixstore1@gmail.com
We’ll assess and replace or refund as per our warranty policy.
